I think you heard me. Funnier than I Love you, Man. Funnier than The Hangover. Even funnier than Zombieland. Michael Jai White (the guy who played Spawn) is Black Dynamite, a former CIA operative who is forced out of retirement when “The Man” murders his little brother.
[Nov. 6] -- The Men Who Stare at Goats
For me this was one of those films that I wasn’t sure about. I knew I kinda wanted to see it, hence the reason I saw it. But I wasn’t super hyped or anything. I love George Clooney. Love Ewan McGregor. Love Jeff Bridges. I guess that’s why I went, because the trailer only looked so-so.
The movie itself? So-so.
